Secretary Message

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the official website of Mahila Vikas Shikshan Prashikshan Samiti (MVSPS). Our organization is committed to empowering women through education, skill development, teacher training, and community-based initiatives that contribute to building a confident, self-reliant, and progressive society.

We firmly believe that education is not only a means of acquiring knowledge but also a powerful tool for social transformation. When women are educated and empowered, they become catalysts of positive change within families and communities. As it is rightly said:

“यदि आप एक पुरुष को शिक्षित करते हैं तो एक व्यक्ति शिक्षित होता है,
लेकिन यदि आप एक महिला को शिक्षित करते हैं तो एक पूरा परिवार शिक्षित होता है।”

Guided by this vision, MVSPS has been continuously working towards strengthening teacher education, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), women’s skill development, and community awareness programmes. Our initiatives are thoughtfully aligned with the vision of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and NCF–Foundational Stage 2022, ensuring relevance, quality, and innovation in all our training efforts.

At MVSPS, we strongly emphasize value-based education, leadership development, and capacity building among women and youth so that they may actively contribute to nation-building. Inspired by the ideals of Swami Vivekananda:

“शिक्षा वह है जो मनुष्य में निहित पूर्णता का विकास करे।”

we strive to create meaningful learning opportunities that nurture confidence, creativity, and responsibility in every participant associated with our programmes.

I would like to express my special gratitude to Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) for their valuable support and collaboration in organizing training programmes and community-oriented educational initiatives. Their continuous encouragement and cooperation have played a significant role in expanding opportunities for women’s empowerment and professional development at the grassroots level. This partnership reflects a shared commitment toward social responsibility and sustainable community progress.

We firmly believe:
