Montessori Teachers Training, SVM Tetulmari (Under the agies of BCCL)

Montessori Teachers Training Programme (6 Months)
(Organized by MVSPS in collaboration with BCCL at SSVM, Tetulmari)

Mahila Vikas Shikshan Prashikshan Samiti (MVSPS), in collaboration with Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL), successfully organized a 6-month Montessori Teachers Training Programme at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir (SSVM), Tetulmari with the objective of strengthening early childhood education and enhancing professional teaching competencies among aspiring educators.

The training programme was designed to provide comprehensive understanding of Montessori philosophy, child psychology, activity-based learning methods, classroom management techniques, and teaching-learning materials required for effective early childhood education. Participants were trained through a balanced approach combining theoretical knowledge with practical classroom exposure.

This initiative reflects the shared commitment of MVSPS and BCCL toward promoting quality education, women empowerment, and skill development at the grassroots level. The programme contributed significantly to preparing trained educators capable of supporting foundational stage learning in accordance with the vision of NEP 2020 and NCF-Foundational Stage 2022.

The successful completion of the training programme marks another important milestone in the continued efforts of MVSPS to strengthen teacher education and community-based educational development.
