Monika Virmani Teacher’s Training College is running by the Little Flower Education Society, Alwar in Memory of Monika Virmani.

His mission was to constitute India's first college in an era when 'Chief's Colleges' were the ultimate college experience. Monika Virmani Shikshak Prashikshan Sansthan was meant to provide the youth of the country with an opportunity to get an all-round education based on an adaptation of the
English college system on India's tradition- Sylvan surroundings and a salubrious climate are coveted trappings for any residence. s.

Alwar is located at 475 meters above sea level in the Aravali Series. It is about 150 kms west-south of Delhi and is well connected to the capital by road and rail. Monika Virmani Shikshak Prashikshan Sansthan nestles in the Alwar with the magnificent Aravali Series with desert in west.The climate has three main seasons- the summer heat is confined to mid-April, May and June followed by a long wet monsoon from July to September. The rest of the year is delightful, clear and crisp with December and January temperatures coming down to an average minimum of 12°C.
